JEWEL PETIT

Jewel is the assistant manager and engineering specialist of the Los Angeles/Vanhoover branch of Harmonic Composites. She is mated to Fast Mover and her best friend is Jolene Harris.

Although born as a male human named Jules, he became a gorgeous unicorn mare when he used the adaptation magic of the portal to Equestria and took the nickname, "Jewel". Although it was a great unexpected surprise, Jewel was comfortable in that form and kept it until she returned to the Earth side of the portal and became a man again. However, one day when she returned after gaining her cutie mark, it was as a woman instead. The gender change proved permanent, but aside from the legal ramifications on the human side, Jewel was happy with the change. It was determined that Jules had been unhappy and unsuccessful as a male, although he did not realize that he was suffering from gender disphoria. Once she was permanently female, Jewel blossomed and enjoyed her change of life with the help of her best friend and colleague. The Vanhoover factory manager, Fast Mover, quickly saw her as a potential herdmate and introduced her to his family where she fitted in immediately. After several months, Fast Mover's current mates, Golden Touch and Subtle Breeze, told Jewel to ask the stallion if she could join their herd. She did and he accepted. She became pregnant to him the first time she went into heat and is now a very happy and fulfilled mother.
