Twilight is a Stellar Foxtaur who decided to go into service in Star Fleet rather than be a colonist/explorer for the Star Corps. Shi has worked hir way up to the rank of Commander (Second Grade) and is the coordinator of the Star Fleet exploration teams on Pelago III.
