STEADY FLIGHT

Steady Flight is a pegasus stallion with a blue coat and darker blue mane & tail. As an accomplished distance flyer, he was a Royal Courier until Princess Trixie assigned him to ostensibly be Mark Wells' valet, but privately to teach him how to fly. Steady had been told that Mark had been seriously ill and had forgotten most of his past, including how to fly. During the lessons and private interactions, the two became firm friends. Eventually, Steady learned about Mark's true past and understood his plight. He valued Mark's trust in him to keep the secret.

Steady remained Mark's best pony friend and valet, but after Mark became a prince, Steady got more use out of his old courier job as he ran confidential errands for Mark. Once he got involved with Rarity's fashion shows with Mark modelling for her, Steady started to get more interested in Mark's female side. Eventually, he fell in love with her, a secret he kept from Mark for years until Rarity cornered him to admit it. After she convinced Mark to give Steady a chance, Mark agreed to go on a series of dates with him. Steady was able to show how much he cared for Mark and how much he understood her that he awakened Mark to the fullness of her marehood. She then asked Steady to be her stallion and join her herd, which he accepted.
