PRINCESS BEATRIX "TRIXIE" LULAMOON

Trixie is an alicorn mare with a bright blue coat and white mane with pale blue streaks.

Trixie started life as unicorn, and with a cutie mark in magic, she had some education in Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns before she dropped out to become a traveling showmare street magician. After some altercations with Twilight Sparkle, including with the power-boosting Alicorn Amulet. Trixie and Twilight eventually make peace and the purple unicorn persuades Princess Celestia to take Trixie on as a second personal student alongside Twilight.

During one lesson with Celestia and Twilight, the princess was abruptly called away for an emergency. Trixie and Twilight continued studying until word came for Twilight that she was needed in the Crystal Empire. Trixie was still in Celestia's study when word came through that both Celestia and Luna had traveled through a portal to another world, and Celestia had instructed that "I am leaving my personal student in charge during our absence. You will find her currently in my study." Celestia had meant Twilight Sparkle of course, but due to that rushed and vague instruction, Trixie became the legitimate leader of Equestria. She used the opportunity to bring a bit of showbiz pizzazz to the role, but when the Royal Sisters failed to return after several weeks, she started to take the role more seriously. Unfortunately, she had little idea of how to run a country, and if it was not for the efforts of Raven Inkwell who was Celestia's personal assistant, things might have gone very badly.

Trixie had begun wearing prosthetic wings to legitimize her position as an alicorn princess of Equestria which helped a lot to calm the fears of the pony populace. After several months though, despite her and Raven's best efforts, the country was barely holding together under her rule. It was then that Mark Wells, a human that accidentally fell through a mirror portal and arrived as a pegasus, was brought before Trixie. He immediately saw through the showpony and rather than let him blab, Trixie declared him to be her Grand Vizier and be her advisor. Mark brought a healthy dose of common sense and business experience to the job and between them all, started improving the government.

Trixie and Mark faced many challenges over the coming years, including getting married and having children. One of the trials earned her legitimate wings, although she was still just a pegacorn. It was her superhuman efforts in the enormous battle against Grogar and his horde of monsters that elevated her to full alicorn status.

Trixie's foals are Gemini, Allura, and Spotlight. She and Mark also adopted Gallus, an orphan male griffon. Her parents are Jack Pot and Spectacle.

Trixie has a counterpart in the anthro world but she remains a unicorn.
